These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the emrealadag.com website (the "Site") and of the software applications and integrations developed by Ahmet Emre Aladağ (the "Apps"). The Site and the Apps are together referred to as the "Services".

By using the Services you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Parties and Definitions

Provider / "I" / "me": Ahmet Emre Aladağ, who operates the Site and the Apps.
User / "you": any natural or legal person who visits the Site or uses the Apps.
Google User Data: data accessed through Google APIs after you authorize an App with your Google account.

2. The Services

2.1. The Site

The Site offers blog posts, projects, events, and information about training and consulting services in artificial intelligence, software development and data science, along with ways to get in touch. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. Training and consulting services are delivered under a separate written agreement or proposal between the parties.

2.2. The Apps

The Apps are software tools developed by Ahmet Emre Aladağ. Some Apps can connect to Google services after you authorize them with your Google account. An App acts only within the permissions you grant and at your request.

The Apps are not publicly available commercial products; their use is limited to the operator and people the operator authorizes.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Apps are free of charge.
How Google User Data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Your Obligations

When using the Services, you agree to:

Use the Services in compliance with applicable law, these Terms and generally accepted standards of conduct
Authorize the Apps only with a Google account that you own or are authorized to use
Not compromise the security, integrity or availability of the Services (e.g., unauthorized access attempts, uploading malware, excessive load, automated scraping)
Not use the Services to infringe third-party rights or to create misleading or unlawful content
Keep any access credentials given to you confidential and not share them with others

4. Automation and AI Output

Some Apps use AI models or automation. Their output may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

You are responsible for reviewing records the Apps create or change.
Important decisions (legal, medical, financial, etc.) should not be based solely on an App's output.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, all text, images, design, logos, software code and other content on the Site and in the Apps belong to Ahmet Emre Aladağ and are protected under applicable law, including Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.

You may quote short excerpts from blog posts with attribution and a link to the original post.
Copying, reproducing or commercially using all or a substantial part of the content without permission, or bulk-processing it to train AI models, is prohibited.
Authorizing an App does not change the ownership of the data in your Google account; your data remains yours.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may integrate with third-party services such as Google, HubSpot, Web3Forms and cloud and AI service providers, and may contain links to third-party websites. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Use of Google services is also subject to the Google Terms of Service. I am not responsible for third-party content or services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". No express or implied warranty is given that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Content on the Site is for general information and is not a substitute for professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I am not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the Services, errors in automated or AI output, loss of or changes to data records, or outages of third-party services.

This limitation does not exclude liability for intent or gross negligence under Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations (Law No. 6098), nor any mandatory rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Suspension and Termination

I may suspend or terminate your access to the Services without prior notice if you breach these Terms or for security reasons.
You can revoke an App's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Once revoked, the App can no longer access your Google data.
I reserve the right to discontinue any App, in whole or in part, at any time.

10. Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and, for users in Türkiye, the KVKK Information Notice (in Turkish). These documents form an integral part of these Terms.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in law or in the Services. The current version is always published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after a material change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms. Users who qualify as consumers retain their right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, as well as any mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
