I”m Ahmet Emre Aladağ ( aladagemre
gmail.com ), I’m a MSc student at Computer Engineering Department of Kadir Has University, Istanbul, Turkey. I’m working on a Bioinformatics project funded by TUBITAK as a research assistant. I’ve spent my last undergraduate semester in Carleton University, Ottawa, ON, Canada as an exchange student. I’ve been interested in Information Technologies since 1998. I love producing useful things for humanity and saving people’s time. For that reason, I am developing useful programs that will make our lives easier.
I’m a Pardus Linux user, and I could have a great chance of having an internship in Pardus Project. I’m a supporter of Free Software. I love sharing my knowledge, and I give seminars about Linux, Pardus and Python. I have both academic and professional goals. I’m interested in Bioinformatics, Text Mining, Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Semantic Web and Oracle Database Administration, Python Programming. I have completed Oracle 10g Database Administration training from Bilginç IT Academy.
I’m not a pure-techno guy! I’m interested in psychology. I’m emotional and empathic. I write poems when I’m too sad or too excited, I compose songs when I’m stressed before exams and draw pictures on my notebook during some boring lectures. However, I can never find time to publish them. I also write lyrics, mostly funny ones. I’m interested in arts like photography, theater (acting), cinema (short movie making).
